5. Access Revocation

You will no longer be able to log in to your account or access any of the materials.
6. Non-Refundable Items
While we offer a generous 30-day refund policy for the Video Replay Package, the following are non-refundable:
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed
• Access to the free 5-Day Menopause Brain Reset live course (this is a separate, free offering and is not part of the Video Replay Package purchase)
7. Fraudulent Activity
Mozaic Publishing reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, including but not limited to:
• Multiple refund requests from the same individual
• Evidence of content theft, unauthorized sharing, or redistribution
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company without first requesting a refund through our standard process, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of our refund policy.
